Pain is relieved on the shelf*

Myself I put up with*

Is it that life is the trial or the trial is life?
Does judgment come just to meet up with strife?
What is its true nature of this so called plan? 
Is it to be an illusion where I stand?
In a shell, rough covering to bring me down
Dragging me into a hole so close to the ground

To exist before I expire as I feel a tug and pull
Emptiness I seek but why am I full?
More of the twists in this journey nowhere
To seek beyond here and be over there
But that is the dilemma I have formed myself in
The ending I am going to, I do not know where to begin

This headache and what I carry on my back
Lose sight what is in front of me, not on track
Oh but to have one more minute to be
A slice of happiness in these eyes to see
But for this time what I seek is on a shelf
When I get there what I seek no longer, is myself

The skies are blue and the trees are green
Many more colors are to be seen
Stillness here, as the blend is its camouflage
There is no hurry in this picture to be a montage
I look to the right, a hemlock to my cheek
Something that is near to take a peek

I feel a deep sense of Awareness, this I know
Something here with me, that is starting to show
In this stillness that I feel all around
Deeply within me Now without a sound
Apparently it is looking at something it sees
I look from this depth looking back at me

This is a real Truth and I am no longer outside
It locks on to me with great sense, both confide
These eyes are Now open but they are the one's within
Now I see who I am, a different reality starts again
This sense I feel is to be not out there
Came to this part of life instead, always Aware

Am I better off Now, than I have ever been?
Indeed, for a mirror is shattered and this is ZEN*
The anchor lost its chain and the tide pulls me out
There will never be a life no more of worry and doubt
The moment succeeds into the next one ahead
Bolted beyond a past to live in a present instead

This place that shows me a world of wisdom that is here
No, a veil has vanished and my eyes see crystal clear
I have taken myself away from long ago
Now in this present, stepping inward I go
There is no fanfare or gates to surpass
It is a moment that comes in and no longer lasts

Awakening, reality sees you as both Now become
The duality in the mixture have Now formed as one
A sight like no other, as meanings that have fade
There is no plan in this or anything else to be made
All of this existence one Now knows it cannot keep
For the surface that it becomes from within so deep

Surroundings abound, pointed back to be this

There is a fine line that never is to be crossed

Both energies entwined, if contacted would be tossed

No, there is a nothingness that is never touched

If that was the case, a ground would become as such

This energy is within a movement to be

Outside ones eyes, it keeps motion so free

So then a like charge will always repel

Attraction is the unknown, opposites do tell

In an electromagnetic field both energies alternate

One over the other, behaving from this trait

The center of this is really making an environment the reality

All that comes together at once, in such simultaneity

The focus of this is seen with one point from around

Take that sight in, absorb and be silent without a sound

For Now the energy that knows it is here and that is where

It is something you are inherent with working simultaneously

No need for hurry when you enter the sublime
Slowly it will come to you like a story to be told
A layer pushes away one at a time, the manifestation unfolds

Knowing it is further away, you feel something that is near

Beginnings never end*

The outer realm an illusion something I cannot see
It has no bearing at all within that is inside of me
My world ends where I look, for it is a dimensional illusion
There is nothing to prove or even come to a conclusion
For I am in the middle of this, right on solid ground
What is outside of me is left there as I see it all around

Much is due to resistance, a temptation to its touch
It draws you from your eye to become of it so much
Attached once it has chosen you to become of its slave
That Now once this happens, the victim cannot be saved
The attraction is there, one becomes of this so strong
Lost in this Now, living a world judged by right and wrong

The eyes they become bigger than its own head it sees
It has made you a prisoner in a dream not to be free
But one can move onward and knows what to do
The eyes can look inward as something is looking back at you
The outer realm you are not a part of as you see from within
Something that is near you and your heart, this is where you begin

Amidst the golden sunshine to see a sky so blue
Enjoying for the moment, to be felt in heart so true
Sprung forth from a night sleep, cast upon the day
No alarm is to be heard, but outside the cry of a blue jay
The tail end of warm weather, no more of summer season
It is Now time to press onward for nature knows its reason

Delightful is the day, it is freedom that knows and directs
Becoming adventurous in the wilderness, to set out on a trek
I take to the road and pass through many towns
Focused on where I see, that place I can settle down
The ride is very pleasant, the clouds stay at bay
Effortlessly to my destination, these blues skies pave the way

I arrive where it has pointed me and look up to ascend
For I am standing in the beginning and also where I end
I take each step a striding upward, a little at a time
My breathing is in synch with this, like poetry that always rhymes
I make it to a part that has brought me with my will
Very peculiar I enter, I see all has just stood still

I absorb all this emptiness, like it is a meditation session
There is no resistance in this and even no aggression
Sweat and toil is removed for Now, for it is just a walk
I have the feeling I am not alone, in the background I hear some talk
Rounding a turn and seeing a canopy with light
I made it to the summit and Now to enjoy its sight
