I have let go finally*

I have let go finally*

In my ZAZEN, the room comes quiet within
Settling as been restored and Now will begin
But as I go deep within such being to find
It is very illusive the subconscious mind
For the attachment it wishes to stay a little longer'
But I know my Soul must break free as this is stronger

  1. Dear Dom: How does the soul break free from the Zazen meditation to go back to everyday reality or non-meditative state? Is this attachment from spirited soul to body in soul connected; and how? So the soul says (however this happens) that it is now time to stop meditating; being one, aware, cosmic, enlightened and go back to the normal everyday state? All of a sudden soul comes into contact with the infinite but must return to the lesser realm of soul; if only to exist in the material plane? Interesting poem for contemplation! I'll meditate on this!
