Overflow with emptiness always*

We seem to allow to much in our heads

Letting things come in and never releasing instead

Fattening up with problems, wishing it to be thin

Filling up all over, going beyond the brim

Anxieties to worry, how does one break free?

If a cup is suppose to be empty,

How can it be full again when it is already full you see?
