Dear Dom: Good philosophy! First you ask us to "look in your eye" notice not two but one because it is the one, the unity the all-seeing eye of God who is good. and we see also "it is all around me" this consciousness or God consciousness "awakened soul eye; the I AM within. It is a prophetic eye a knowing eye a helping eye an eye which can with will be al that is not and can change the big picture if is not balanced to the balance required in the way we centre the universe? Since we are already unity or "one eye divine we must then create an internalizing of the eternal illusion or vibration into a more cohesive energy which is more true to the alignment with source.
